RED TREE LEVEL 1
Beginner friendly, all are welcome. Red Tree Level 1 class introduces the fundamentals of yoga with sequences designed of a mixture of Hatha and Vinyasa poses that are accessible to new students and allows the more experienced student a chance to explore and master the inner details of each pose.
RED TREE LEVEL 1.5
Beginner friendly, some experience is beneficial. This is an all levels class designed to build upon your yoga practice. This class will move a little faster and incorporate breath-to-movement flowing sequences. An introduction to intermediate or advanced poses may be introduced however, modifications for less experienced students are offered.
RED TREE LEVEL 2
Not Beginner friendly, some yoga is recommended. This level 2 class is designed for intermediate to advanced students, to challenge and find more depth in their practice. This class will move at a faster pace, with more vinyasa flow, preparing the mind and body for advanced poses. Red Tree Level 2 will likely incorporate more difficult poses such as arm balances, inversions, and binds. Although challenging this class is accessible to all students with some yoga experience.
RED TREE HOT YOGA
This class is heated to temperatures of 98-105 degrees and incorporates Red Tree Level 1.5 experience, with the benefits that InfraRed Heat adds for deep stretches and warming muscles. The class is core based utilizing strength and balance alongside well controlled, lengthy poses working all major muscle groups.
RED TREE POWER YOGA
Not beginner friendly, some yoga experience is recommended. This level 2 class is a Vinyasa Yoga flow that builds strength, flexibility and endurance. Students will learn to incorporate their breath with each movement. This class is 60 minutes of a strong, fast paced poses designed to link body, mind and breath. Incorporating a full total body workout creates a challenge to the student to experience a deeper connection to their self.
Beginner friendly, all are welcome. This is a slow-paced class, designed for those students who are experiencing chronic illnesses, injury recovery, chronic back pain, muscle imbalances and more.
KIDS YOGA (Ages 5-12)
Kids yoga classes will explore poses, proper alignment, balance, strength and breath work. All the while having fun and learning, through stories, imagination and yoga games for energy and endurance.
CANDLELIGHT MEDITATION ($5 drop-in)
This class is open for anyone that is interested in learning techniques for quieting the mind through meditation regardless of background or belief.
POWER & RESTORE
Beginner friendly, all are welcome for this class. Power & Restore is a wonderful combination of both the intense and restful qualities of yoga. The first half of class you will experience the more active, faster-paced style of Vinyasa yoga and the second half is a transition to a very relaxing, grounding and meditative practice. This class offers a perfect balance of the best of both worlds. Feeling powered and recharged afterwards.
CANDLELIGHT STRETCH & RESTORE
Beginner friendly, all are welcome. This class is designed to relax and restore the body. The movement will be slow and gentle, allowing the body to open naturally all the while leaving you feeling open and at peace.
This class is open to all who want to practice the ancient art of “energy work” by using the mind to direct energy and control your life force from the inside. This class involves gentle exercises, stretching and breathing to move the body’s natural energy in a more free flowing direction.
Beginner friendly, all are welcome. Through these yoga poses, you can completely link your mind with your body, providing complete control and relaxation. Chakra Yoga includes postures that work to balance physical parts within the body while meditatively and physically renewing organs, cells and other body building blocks. These classes involve the release of stress, the increase of energy all through properly relaxing the entire body and moving through yoga poses. Chakra Infused Yoga connects proper breathing techniques for an increase in mental and bodily energy, charging the body and developing better concentration through your practice.
